Sakeaffect Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer work or any repair work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

The providers you are connected with run their own independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
