How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Sakeaffect Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Sakeaffect Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, a good first step is usually to talk with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Sakeaffect Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@sakeaffect.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
