What Sakeaffect Plumbing Is

Sakeaffect Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heater work or any other plumbing service.

When you call the number on this site or send in a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Sakeaffect Plumbing for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even when you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Sakeaffect Plumbing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
